Please note that the studio features low ceilings, which might be a concern if you are over 6 feet tall. We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, so please keep this in mind when booking.
We kindly ask that you remove shows while inside the studio.
BE MINDFUL OF THE VOLUME This is an old wood house so the Volume
needs to be appropriate that other tenants are not disturbed
Pets
- no ‘bathroom’ use in the courtyard please. There are other dogs in the building as well, so please no unattended courtyard uses for your dog. We ask to please be responsible and pick up all droppings on the street and do not leave the dog unattended for long periods of time. Thank you for your understanding!
Countertops
Please be advised that the counter tops are Redwood and very sensitive. Please do not leave anything wet on top of them, without a coaster. Additionally, you’ll find a cutting board for your cooking needs.
When leaving the house, please close and lock all windows and doors.
